With 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, Tenley has represented lending institutions, mortgage companies, businesses and individuals. She also has extensive expertise in loan workouts, foreclosures and lender liability. A graduate of Vassar College and Villanova University School of Law, she is admitted to the New Hampshire and Federal Bars, and is a member of the Real Property Law and Business, Corporation and Banking Law sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association. She is a member of the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS® (CIBOR).

Phil has 21 years of experience as New Hampshire counsel for major retailers, shopping centers, office and multi-family housing developers with respect to permits and approvals, zoning, title and other due diligence, redevelopment, and related transactional work. He represents property owners in all phases of ownership (development, financing, permitting, etc.), and his work includes commercial site plans, large-scale subdivisions, condominiums and condominium conversions, ski resorts and golf course communities. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2006-2015) and was selected by Best Lawyers as 2015 Concord “Lawyer of the Year” in Land Use and Zoning Law. A graduate of Connecticut College and Harvard Law School, he is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
