Dave brings decades of experience to his representation of businesses. He provides ongoing assistance to clients of all types and sizes and at all stages of their development; whether involving entity creation, owner relationships, business planning and structuring, financing, contract matters, business transitions, family business matters, or mergers and acquisitions, Dave guides clients through complex legal issues with experience and candor. Dave also advises clients on personnel and employment issues that arise in the workplace. Dave is highly regarded in his field and has been named “Lawyer of the Year” in corporate law on multiple occasions.
