Abigail Sykas Karoutas

Abby represents businesses, non-profits, and municipalities in a wide variety of corporate, real estate, and operational matters.  She also represents both borrowers and lenders in commercial lending transactions.  Abby provides assistance with business formation and transitions, contract review and drafting, lease review and drafting, and business acquisitions and sales.  She has experience representing employers before New Hampshire administrative agencies in a range of employment law matters.  In her real estate and land use practice, Abby assists both buyers and sellers of real estate and appears before local zoning boards.  She has also developed a niche practice in campaign finance and election law, having represented both congressional and state senate campaigns.  Abby’s diverse professional background including work within the government relations, healthcare and insurance industries, lends a unique perspective and practical edge to her legal advice.
