Has argued cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals.

Obtained $850,000 jury verdict in favor of real estate development client for breach of contract.

Represents clients before municipal, state and federal regulatory agencies including local planning and zoning boards, New Hampshire’s Department of Labor, the Commission for Human Rights and the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Obtained a jury verdict in favor of a major bank against a multi-million dollar employment wrongful discharge claim and successfully defended the employee’s subsequent appeal to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Obtained substantial sums of money for two separate clients for their wages and investments due from seemingly insolvent companies in 2005.

Obtained summary judgment in favor of a large retail employer against a disgruntled employee’s racial discrimination claim.

Obtained a superior court judgment for rental stores throughout New Hampshire prohibiting the State from applying its carnival amusement laws and fees to equipment rental stores.

Obtained relief from the automatic stay in Bankruptcy Court to enable client to foreclose on $1.5 million New Hampshire property

Obtained summary judgment in favor of trustee client against substantial breach of fiduciary duty claim brought in the New Hampshire Property Court

Successfully defeated an employer’s attempt to enjoin its former employee from competitive activity.
