 With the death of Charles W. Heard on October 17, 2008, we at Cleveland, Waters and Bass have lost a longtime friend and colleague. Our condolences and prayers are with his wife, Wendy, and the rest of his family. Charlie practiced trusts and estates law at CWB for over 23 years and built a national and statewide reputation as one of the best in the business. We celebrate his wisdom, wit, compassion, and dedication to practicing law at its highest level. We will miss him personally and professionally.
Burial services were private for the family only. An accomplished violinist, Mr. Heard had a great love for and was an enthusiastic supporter of classical music. A memorial service celebrating his life and sharing his passion for classical music will be held at 2 p.m. on November 15 at The Church of the Redeemer in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
Instead of flowers, donations may be sent to VNA – Hospice of Southern Carroll County, PO Box 1620, Wolfeboro, NH 03894-1620 for the general use of the Hospice Department. | |
